The dezi Program by mKonnekt

What is dezi?

dezi is mKonnekt's platform that supports Scan Data program offered by tobacco companies. The Scan Data program is crafted to enhance your earnings while ensuring your customers receive the discounts they deserve. This program empowers you to present products at reduced prices and also offers reimbursement for the products you sell.Scan data is part of the Digital Trade Program or DTP.

How to enroll in the Scan Data Program

  • Contact your Altria Sales Representative to enroll in the DTP Program

    • If you don’t have an Altria Sales Representative, call the Altria Total Support Center at  1-866-928-3510
    • Ask to be elected into the DTP Program

  • Contact Scan Data Help desk and get credentials

    • The Scan Data Help desk can be reached at 1-844-230-3454
    • They will send you a survey where you elect mKonnekt as your third party provider
    • You will receive emails with your username and password

  • Contact mKonnekt

    • Call 1-833-717-0456 and a representative will complete the set-up process with you.

Digital Trade Program (DTP) Requirements

Tier 1

  • Submit Altria Tobacco Operating Company (ATOC) scan data weekly no later than the final submission deadline.

  • Tier 1 requirements
  • Have a retailer digital platform available to ATC's 21+
  • Utilize Age Verification Technology (AVT) 
  • Participate in ATOC retail digital coupons
  • Execute ATOC offers via non-styled communications placed in #1 position within retailer’s digital platform

  • Execute ATOC responsible branded digital advertising requirements
  • Demonstrate the functionality to deliver ATC 21+ value to specific ATC 21+ loyalty IDs
  • Execute in-app digital advertisements viewable only by ATC's 21+ in the #1 position on retailer's digital platform
