dezi and Clover POS
dezi works seamlessly with the Clover POS Systems offering a range of functionality that makes your store operate smoothly. The new dezi 2.0 supports
dezi app enables you to track your tobacco sales, offer loyalty discounts, and complete your required reporting, so you get reimbursed for the discounts you offer. All this is accomplished by simply ringing up the customer as usual. Once the products are scanned, dezi collects the information and submits all the required information to Altria & RJR for reimbursement.

Yes all dezi customers on Clover will have go through the sign up process as dezi app is moving away from being a free app to a charged app
Dezi app would no longer be a free app from May 1st, 2024 onwards
dezi 2.0 is an enhanced version of the current dezi app and we are continuously adding new features
Current dezi version would work till May 1st. After which any discounts or scan data submission would not work unless the retailer upgrades the dezi to the latest version
dezi 2.0 comes up with a list of functionalities developed based on the retailer's need. By default all of the functionalties come turned on and the retailer can pick and choose. Please note options choice will not impact the dezi pricing
Starting May 1st, your DTP Tier 3 subscription would be merged into your dezi subscription and you would be charged the monthly subscription of $49.99 per month only. If you have paid the yearly subscription fee, the charges would be prorated and adjusted
We will work with you and MSA in order to onboard you to RJR discount and be able to submit scandata to RJR. Once you submit the form one of our support agents will reach out to you to initiate and guide you through this process
